Dessert pear. Raised by Rivers’ Nursery of Sawbridgeworth in 1875. One parent is the variety Beurre Goubault. A medium sized dessert pear covered with a delicate cinnamon russet. Flavour like Williams Bon Chretien but more aromatic.
