Norfolk Dumpling

Culinary apple. Recorded in 1827, then re-discovered in the 1990s growing in a former rectory’s walled garden in North Creake. A medium- sized yellowish green skinned codlin-type apple, mildly acidic, which forms a golden puree when cooked.
