Rivers Early Peach

Early dessert apple. Raised by Rivers’ Nursery of Sawbridgeworth in 1893. A medium-sized yellow apple with a slight reddish flush. Coarse, dry, sweet flesh with a flavour reminiscent of peaches. Best eaten within a day or so after picking.
