Terms & Conditions

Placing an order

Customers are requested to forward payment in advance of orders being dispatched.

EEAOP (‘We’) reserve the right to amend our prices without notice.

All ordered goods remain the property of EEAOP and will only be released to the customer when paid for in full.

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only.

It is the responsibility of the customer to supply a full delivery address when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems if the delivery address supplied is incomplete or incorrect.

For orders by post it is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct carriage rate according to their order value, as published in our printed catalogue. We reserve the right to add a surcharge to a customer’s order if the wrong carriage rate option has been made by the customer when ordering this way.

Deliveries of trees and other products may be suspended temporarily by us at any period as a result of us being unable to supply stock through circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, crop failure and crop disease. In such circumstances we will suggest equivalent alternatives, the delivery of items is postponed until we can supply them or offer a refund for the items affected.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment

If we issue an invoice for goods or services payment should be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

All prices will be charged at the published price listed on the date an order is received by us online, by post or by telephone.

For high value orders and graft-to-order special orders we reserve the right to request a

non-returnable deposit (usually 50% of total order value) with the remaining balance to be paid prior to delivery.

Fruit trees are VAT zero rated.

No additional charges are made to a customer if paying for an order by card or cheque.

Special Offers
These products are offered subject to availability. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Guarantee of quality

We aim to supply the highest quality fruit trees and to pack them for delivery with great care. Whilst at the nursery stage our trees are regularly inspected by Defra’s Plant Health Inspectorate and are UK Plant Passport approved.  If, however, you are not satisfied with our trees on receipt, or damage occurs to them whilst in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will replace any trees damaged in transit and we will also replace any trees that die in the first spring, provided we are satisfied that they have been planted and treated properly. This guarantee does not include any trees damaged due to lack of watering or lack of proper horticultural care on your part. Trees will not be replaced if the care instructions, sent with your order, have not been followed.

If you have a claim, we will request that you supply photographs of the product/s supplied to help us to work out what is wrong.

Photographs of our products

The photographs we publish advertising our goods and services are for illustrative purposes only but they are, to the best of our knowledge, accurate representations of the products we offer for sale.

Returns policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (at your cost) and receive a full refund. We must be informed of this within 7 days after you receive your order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and, if possible, in the original packaging.
