Orchards are a fantastic teaching resource for schools, offering outdoor learning across the curriculum, enhancing school grounds and increasing biodiversity.
We’ve been supplying orchard tree packs to schools for many years, often with external funding enabling us to provide these resources for free. In Norfolk we have a business sponsor supporting our Orchards for Schools scheme, while elsewhere in the region we’ve had funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Stansted Airport Community Trust, the Adnams’ Charity and the East Coast Community Fund. We’re always keen to hear from potential funders.
